Mike has been involved in rubber compounding, processing, and plant management for over 43 years. Products manufactured with his compounds can be found on Mars, the moon, submersibles (which found the Titanic and the USS Indianapolis), nuclear reactors, Formula 1 race cars, and other racing venues.

Mike collaborates with our customers on custom compounds and formula modifications using BolderBlack to ensure optimal performance and robust processing.

Mike is also a certified personal trainer specializing in injury rehabilitation. His clients have included NFL players, tennis and golf professionals, and race car drivers.
